How To Change A Motorcycle Air Filter
April 10, 2009

Hello everyone and welcome to ATLBikenight.com's first stimulus how to video. Save yourself some money and do this project yourself. Today I am going to show you how to install an after market air filter to your Japanese sport bike. The weapon of choice is my personal favorite; 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 636. I am installing a BMC after market air filter. I personally recommend this product over K&N air filters simply because you get more bang for your buck.

I am going to do the entire installation only with the factory tool set provided by Kawasaki when the bike was purchased. Any novice can complete this task in 30 minutes or less. Check out our youtube channel at youtube.com/atlbikenight for more videos. If you have any questions you can contact us at atlbikenight@gmail.com
Mountain offering a great scenic route that I had never seen before in this part of town. After about an hour of twisting roads and long straights with plenty of shade, we finally entered the base. Now when we hit the runway, I must admit, I was drooling to be on my Ninja. The long two mile stretch of asphalt was begging to be dominated by the Kawasaki. After  the runway drag, we entered the base and listened to farewell salute to the troops going to Afghanistan. This was a great ride for a great cause and I had a lot of fun. We hope to see you next year. Watch the video for yourself and check out the photos posted here and in the events section.
TOP GUN Ride For The Children and National Guard
April 25, 2009

Hello everyone. Today's excursion is brought to you by the TOP GUN Ride for the Children and National Guard. Before I get started, I would like to thank Cobb County PD and Dobbins AFB for making this a safe and fun ride. Today's ride is also special because it is currently the warmest day of 2009 for Atlanta and what a beautiful day it is. The weapon of choice for today was my 2003 Buell XB9S. I opted to leave the Ninja at home this time to fit in better with the crowd and for superior riding comfort. The journey started out in Kennesaw and worked its way through Kennesaw
KBC Helmet Review
March 3, 2009

Steve here again with this weeks product review. Today I have the KBC VR-1X The Bease Full Face Helmet. The helmet is extremely comfortable with the best air flow ventilation system I have ever seen for a $300 or less helmet. The KBC only comes in one template: Black with orange/red beast. I am very satisfied with this helmet and will be replacing my Icon Sub Human Mainframe helmet with the KBC. Check out the pictures and watch the video for the full review. Atlanta Drag Way's Year One Test and Tune
June 28, 2009

Hey everyone it is Steve here again to report on another great track day from Atlanta Drag Way in Commerce, GA. It was ridiculously hot, especially in a full one piece leather suit, but the track was perfect and extra sticky. The bike crowd had dramatically increased from the week prior as well. No accidents or incidents this time with the exception of an NHRA dragster leaking fuel on the track at the end of the night. Check out the video below to see this monster too. Also remember anyone can race at the Year One Test and Tune.
Call the track and let them know what you want to race and they will tell you what you need in order to pass tech inspection. For bikes all you need to have is a break light, chain guard, leather jacket, jeans (leather pants and jackets if you plan on running more than 120 mph) boots and leather gloves.  I have tons of videos posted on my YouTube channel from this weekend. IT'S OK NOT TO WAVE!
September 29, 2009

A recent advertisement from Buell Motorcycles took the words right out of my mouth. It's ok not to wave. Now the following is an ad from Buell, but I feel that it applies to any sport bike that lets your knees drag mid-apex:

"IT'S OK NOT TO WAVE BACK -
Listen, we're not against waving in general. There are dozens of situations where a well-executed wave is in the best interest of all parties involved. If you should find yourself on the top tier of a parade float, or the deck of a departing cruise ship, or protruding from the sunroof of a stretch limousine, waving is the perfect way to let someone out of earshot know you care. But a Buell is not a social networking tool. It's a performance motorcycle, and it's meant to be ridden as such. So the next time someone with an extended swing arm and neon ground effects waves at you mid-apex, it's okay if you don't return the gesture. Your hands have better things to do."
